Bo'ness Library
This convivial project explores building with wood in a conscious and site-specific way. The planning and the open yet sheltered feel of the building brings the people of Bo'ness together and gives new life to the city centre.
Live/ Work
The well preserved town of New Lanark fosters a long history of living and working together and this project plays with the abandoned, transforming it into a new hub for the younger generations.
Row houses
"Row houses" is a short project concentrated on the development of compact yet functional neighbourhoods with the use of sustainable building materials. This project celebrates the use of the sun in order to achieve a balanced living situation.
Vertical Project
A collaborative project between all stages of architecture, where we were required to concentrate on an abandoned space and create a two-minute video on how we think it should be developed. We concentrated on the lack of plant life in Glasgow City centre and followed the path of a seed settling in the building and what would happen to the surroundings.
